In-Shop Repair Terms

Diagnostic Timeframe:
- Most diagnostics are completed within 1-3 business days. We will provide an estimate once the diagnostic is complete.

Repair Timeframe:
- If repairs can be completed with parts we have in stock, the turnaround time is typically 3-7 business days. For parts that need to be ordered, repair times may vary based on part availability.

Approval and Estimates:
- No repairs will be undertaken without customer approval. An estimate will be provided after diagnostics, and repairs will commence once we receive your consent.

Payment Terms:
- Full payment is required upon completion of the repair. We accept various payment methods, but store credit cannot be used for parts or repair costs. All services are non-refundable.

Liability:
- While we take utmost care with your equipment, we are not responsible for any data loss. We recommend backing up your data before bringing in your device for repair.

Unclaimed Items:
- Items not picked up within 15 days after notification of completion will be considered abandoned and may be subject to disposal or resale to cover the cost of repairs.

Warranty:
- Repairs are warranted for 30 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not cover any unrelated issues that may arise.

Parts and Labor:
- The cost estimate provided will include both parts and labor. If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, we will notify you with an updated estimate before proceeding.

Responsibility for Damage:
- You are responsible for any damage to the equipment while it is in your possession. If equipment is damaged while in our care, we will take responsibility and cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you choose to cancel the repair after it has begun, you may be charged for labor and any parts that have been ordered or used up to that point.

- We will communicate with you via your preferred method (phone, email, or text) to provide updates on the status of your repair.
