This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Ontech Force, LLC ("Company") and the ("Customer"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the onsite pick-up of television equipment for recycling.
1. Eligibility and Scope
1.1 The Company offers free onsite TV pick-up for recycling services to eligible customers. Eligibility and availability may vary by location.
1.2 This service is limited to the recycling of televisions and related equipment. Additional items may be subject to separate arrangements or fees.
2. Scheduling and Confirmation
2.1 The Customer can request a pick-up by contacting the Company through the designated channels, such as the form below.
2.2 The Company will confirm the pick-up date, time, and location with the Customer.
3. Responsibilities of the Customer
3.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the TV equipment is accessible and ready for pick-up at the scheduled time and location.
3.2 The Customer must provide accurate information about the TV equipment, including its condition, size, and weight, to enable the Company to allocate appropriate resources for pick-up.
4. Responsibilities of the Company
4.1 The Company will send a representative to the Customer's location at the agreed-upon date and time for the TV pick-up.
4.2 The Company will ensure the environmentally responsible recycling and disposal of the collected TV equipment.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
5.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse pick-up for any equipment that poses safety risks, contains hazardous materials, or exceeds the weight and size limitations.
6. Ownership and Release
6.1 The Customer certifies that they are the lawful owner of the TV equipment and have the authority to request its recycling.
6.2 Upon pick-up, ownership and responsibility for the TV equipment are transferred to the Company for recycling.
7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1 The Company is not liable for any damage or loss to the Customer's property during the pick-up process.
7.2 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the recycling process.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with reasonable notice.
9. Governing Law
