We stand behind our work with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor from the date of service. This warranty ensures that all replaced parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Labor performed is also guaranteed for the same duration.
🚫 WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, power surges, or normal wear and tear.

If the TV has been damaged or tampered with outside our possession, including but not limited to:

Water damage

Physical damage

Exposure to voltage fluctuations

Extreme temperatures (outside 71°F–82°F) or high humidity

If the TV has been opened or repaired by non-qualified personnel.

Presence of foreign objects inside the TV, including insects, rodents, or their traces.
⏳ EXPECTED REPAIR TIMELINE
Repair time after diagnosis and part availability may vary depending on the complexity of the issue, part sourcing, and current workload. Once a diagnosis is made and parts are confirmed, repairs typically take 3–7 business days, and in some cases up to 2 weeks. You will be notified accordingly.

🏠 ONSITE SERVICE
Convenient In-Home Repairs – Expertise at Your Doorstep

Travel Fee: Starts at $75 within 15 miles of the city (added to the diagnostic fee).

Diagnostic Fee: Applies toward the final repair cost. If no issue is found (No Trouble Found), the fee is still charged to cover inspection time, equipment use, and technician labor.

Parts Procurement: We will return as needed to complete the repair at no additional cost.

Pick-Up and Delivery: At the technician’s discretion.

Extra Technician Fee: $75 if a second technician is required.

📄 ONSITE SERVICE TERMS

Home Service Fee: Based on TV size and must be paid before diagnostics begin.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

Home service fees are refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

A 50% processing fee will be withheld from eligible refunds.

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
🔁 Rescheduling Policy

Standard Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-Day Rescheduling: 50% of the home service fee will be charged.

No-Show Rescheduling: An additional $75 fee will apply in addition to the original fee.

Emergency Waiver: In documented emergencies, fees may be waived at our discretion.
📞 Confirmation Call
We may contact you to confirm your appointment. If we’re unable to reach you, the appointment may be canceled. If this occurs, an additional trip charge may apply.
🚚 Access & Extra Charges

TV Access: Please make sure your TV is accessible.

Extra Technician Requirement: If the TV is over 60 inches or difficult to move, an extra technician fee may apply.

TV Removal: Customer is responsible for removing wall-mounted TVs. If assistance is needed, the appointment may be rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.
⚠️ POLICY: If the TV Cannot Be Repaired

Diagnostic Fee is Non-Refundable – This covers the technician’s time and expertise.

Parts Refunds: If the TV is non-repairable, the cost of unused parts may be refunded, unless they are special orders or non-returnable.

Labor Refunds: Partial labor refunds may be offered at our discretion, depending on the repair progress.

Customer Agreement: By using our services, you agree to this policy prior to the start of repair work, ensuring clear expectations for all parties.
