PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

We stand behind our work with a warranty covering both parts and labor for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty ensures that all replaced parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Labor performed is guaranteed for the same duration.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, power surges, or normal wear and tear.
  • If the TV has been damaged or tampered with outside of our possession, including but not limited to water damage, physical damage, increased voltage in a socket, temperature above room temperature (71° F to 82° F), humidity, etc.
  • If the TV has been opened by non-qualified personnel.
  • If there are foreign objects inside the TV, including but not limited to insects or rodents and their traces.

EXPECTED REPAIR TIMELINE

The time it takes to repair a TV after diagnosis and part availability can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the issue, the availability of specific parts, and the workload of our repair technicians. Generally, once the diagnosis is made and parts availability is confirmed, it could take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to a couple of weeks for the repair to be completed. You will be notified.

ONSITE SERVICE

Convenient In-Home Repairs: Expertise at Your Doorstep

  • Travel Fee: Starts at $75 within the city (up to 15 miles). This covers the technician’s travel costs and is added to the diagnostic fee.
  • Diagnostic Fee: Applied to your final repair cost. It includes the cost of troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue.
  • Pick-up and Delivery: Handled at the technician’s discretion.
  • Parts Procurement: We will return as needed to complete the repair, at no extra cost.
  • Extra Technician Fee: An additional $75 fee applies if an extra technician is required.

ONSITE SERVICE TERMS

  • Home Service Fee: This fee is based on the TV size and must be paid upfront before diagnostics begin.

  • Pick-up and Delivery: OnTech Force LLC manages all the service's pick-up and delivery needs.

  • Cancellation Policy: The home service fee is refundable only if you cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment. For eligible refunds, please note that 20% of the original payment will be withheld to cover processing and transaction fees. If you cancel within 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • Standard Rescheduling: Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
    • Late Rescheduling Fee: If you reschedule on the day of the appointment, a same-day rescheduling fee of 50% of the home service fee will apply.
    • No-Show Rescheduling: If you miss your appointment and reschedule, an additional $75 fee will apply in addition to the original home service fee.
    • Waiver for Emergencies: In cases of documented emergencies, rescheduling and cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
  • Confirmation Call: We may call to confirm your appointment and arrival time. If we’re unable to reach you, we will assume you are unavailable, and the appointment may be canceled. An extra trip charge will apply if we cannot reach you during the scheduled appointment window.
  • Access and Extra Charges:

    • TV Access: Please ensure your TV is accessible for the technician. If you are unable to provide access or need assistance moving the TV, especially for sizes over 60 inches, an additional technician fee may apply.
    • Removal Requirements: Removal of the TV is the customer’s responsibility and is not included in the standard labor charge. If the TV is not removed in advance and you request this service, the appointment may be rescheduled, and an extra technician fee may apply.

Policy for cases where the TV cannot be fixed:

  1. Non-Refundable Diagnosis Fee: The payment (or an upfront fee) covers diagnostics and is non-refundable, as this covers the time spent troubleshooting.

  2. Refund of Parts Cost: If the TV can't be repaired, refund the cost of any parts ordered for that specific repair. However, note that if parts are special order or non-returnable, these might be excluded from refunds.

  3. Partial Labor Refund: Offer a partial refund on the labor, if feasible, or specify that labor fees are non-refundable after work begins. This ensures transparency while compensating for time spent.

  4. Customer Agreement: By using our services; customers acknowledge this refund policy before repair work starts, so there are no misunderstandings later on.
