REPAIR WARRANTY

We offer a warranty on the repairs, providing customers with additional peace of mind. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, it can be fixed at no additional cost.

PARTS WARRANTY

We provide a 90-day warranty on parts we replace, applicable only if those parts cause the malfunction. Parts are ordered with your consent after diagnosis. Some may incur restocking fees, and others may be non-returnable. You are responsible for any associated fees.

LABOR WARRANTY

We offer a 30-day labor warranty for parts replaced by Ontech Force LLC.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • If the TV has been damaged or tampered with outside of our possession, including but not limited to water damage, physical damage, increased voltage in a socket, temperature above room temperature (71° F to 82° F), humidity, etc.
  • If the TV has been opened by non-qualified personnel.
  • If there are foreign objects inside the TV, including but not limited to insects or rodents and their traces.

EXPECTED REPAIR TIMELINE

The time it takes to repair a TV after diagnosis and part availability can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the issue, the availability of specific parts, and the workload of our repair technicians. Generally, once the diagnosis is made and parts availability is confirmed, it could take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to a couple of weeks for the repair to be completed. You will be notified.

ONSITE SERVICE

Convenient In-Home Repairs: Expertise at Your Doorstep

  • Travel Fee: Starts at $75 within the city (up to 15 miles). This covers the technician’s travel costs and is added to the diagnostic fee.
  • Diagnostic Fee: Applied to your final repair cost. It includes the cost of troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue.
  • Pick-up and Delivery: Handled at the technician’s discretion.
  • Parts Procurement: We will return as needed to complete the repair, at no extra cost.
  • Extra Technician Fee: An additional $75 fee applies if an extra technician is required.

ONSITE SERVICE TERMS

  • Home Service Fee: Charged based on TV size and must be paid upfront before diagnostics.
  • Pick-up and Delivery: Managed by Ontech Force LLC.
  • Cancellation Policy: The home service fee is non-refundable if you cancel after the 24-hour notice period.
  • Rescheduling Policy: Call at least 2 hours before your appointment to reschedule. If you miss your appointment and reschedule later, an additional $30 fee will apply along with the original home service fee.
  • Refunds: You can get a full refund of the home service fee if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance and no parts have been ordered.
  • Confirmation Call: We may call to confirm your appointment and arrival time. If we can’t reach you, we’ll assume you’re not home, and the appointment will be canceled. An extra trip charge will apply if we can’t reach you during the appointment window.
  • Access and Extra Charges: The onsite service fee must be paid in advance. If you can’t provide access to your TV or help move it, an extra technician fee may apply, especially for TVs over 60 inches. Removing the TV is your responsibility and is not included in the labor charge. If you prefer not to remove the TV, the appointment may be rescheduled, and the extra technician fee may apply.
