Travel Service Fee: $50 within city limits (covers the technician’s travel costs; charged in addition to the diagnostic fee).

Diagnostic Fee: $1 per inch of TV screen size (e.g., 55" TV = $55). This fee is applied toward the final repair cost.

Pick-Up & Delivery: Available at the technician’s discretion.

Parts Procurement & Return Visits: No extra charge for multiple visits to complete the repair.

Extra Technician Fee: $75 if an additional technician is required.

Wall-Mounted TV Removal: If you need help removing your wall-mounted TV, additional fees apply.

Distance Surcharge: If the service location is over 10 miles from Plymouth, MI, additional fees may apply.

🛡️ WARRANTY
We offer a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor from the date of service. This warranty ensures that all replaced parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Labor is guaranteed for the same period.
Warranty exclusions:

Misuse, accidents, power surges, or normal wear and tear.

Damage or tampering after the device leaves our possession.

Environmental damage (e.g., water, excessive temperature/humidity, pests).

Presence of foreign objects (e.g., insects, rodents) inside the TV.
