Most repairs are completed on the same day at your home. If further diagnostics are needed at our service center, please allow 1-3 business days to receive an estimate. If parts are required, the repair may take 3-7 business days, depending on availability.

NOTE: We cannot provide accurate TV repair estimates over the phone because each TV model is different and requires an in-person inspection.

Repair Warranty

Ontech Force LLC offers a 30-day labor warranty and a 90-day parts warranty for all in-shop and in-home repairs.

Onsite Service Fees

Convenient In-Home Service: Bringing Expertise to Your Doorstep

• Travel Service Fee: $75 within the city, covering the technician's travel costs. This fee is in addition to the diagnostic fee.
• Diagnostic Fee: $1 per TV size. This fee applies to the final repair cost. Troubleshooting and diagnostic fees will be included in the final repair cost.
• Pick-up and Delivery: Determined at the technician's discretion.
• Parts Procurement: We will return as many times as needed to complete the repair at no additional charge.
• Extra Technician Fee: An additional $75 fee applies if an extra technician is required.

For the most affordable option, consider our in-shop repair service. In-shop repairs generally cost less than onsite repairs, providing a cost-effective solution for your TV repair needs.
