FEES
- Travel Service Fee: $50 within the city, covering the technician's travel costs. This fee is in addition to the diagnostic fee.
- Diagnostic Fee: $1 per TV size. This fee applies to the final repair cost. Troubleshooting and diagnostic fees will be included in the final repair cost.
- Pick-up and Delivery: Determined at the technician's discretion.
- Parts Procurement: We will return as many times as needed to complete the repair at no additional charge.
- Extra Technician Fee: An additional $75 fee applies if an extra technician is required.

For the most affordable option, consider our in-shop repair service. In-shop repairs generally cost less than onsite repairs, providing a cost-effective solution for your TV repair needs.
WARRANTY
We stand behind our work with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor from the date of service. This warranty ensures that all replaced parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Labor performed is guaranteed for the same duration.
Our warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, power surges, or normal wear and tear.
- If the TV has been damaged or tampered with outside of our possession, including but not limited to water damage, physical damage, increased voltage in a socket, temperature above room temperature (71° F to 82° F), humidity, etc.
- If the TV has been opened by non-qualified personnel.
- If there are foreign objects inside the TV, including but not limited to insects or rodents and their traces.
