Bring your TV to our repair facility. Our technicians will examine your TV in person and give you an exact repair cost. This helps us offer clear and accurate estimates.
Diagnostic Fee: This fee covers the cost of checking and diagnosing your TV. It varies by TV size:
- $25 for a 27" TV
- $40 for a 42" TV
- $55 for a 55" TV
This fee is deducted from your total repair cost if you go ahead with the repair.

PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY
We stand behind our work with a warranty covering both parts and labor for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty ensures that all replaced parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Labor performed is guaranteed for the same duration.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, power surges, or normal wear and tear.
- If the TV has been damaged or tampered with outside of our possession, including but not limited to water damage, physical damage, increased voltage in a socket, temperature above room temperature (71° F to 82° F), humidity, etc.
- If the TV has been opened by non-qualified personnel.
- If there are foreign objects inside the TV, including but not limited to insects or rodents and their traces.
EXPECTED REPAIR TIMELINE
The time it takes to repair a TV after diagnosis and part availability can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the issue, the availability of specific parts, and the workload of our repair technicians. Generally, once the diagnosis is made and parts availability is confirmed, it could take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to a couple of weeks for the repair to be completed. You will be notified.
