AMAZING! This is my first year hosting Thanksgiving and of course.. my 75in TV stopped working the week before, and the warranty ended 6 days ago. I called around to local shops who either didn’t answer, or said they could make a house call in 30 days. I called OnTech even though they are almost 100 miles from my house and not only did they answer, they said they would do their best to fix it before Thanksgiving! I dropped it off and within 1 day I had an estimate and it was repaired the following day! This company and everyone working there have my sincerest gratitude and I cannot recommend them enough. They go above and beyond for their customers and it shows! Don’t call anyone else - period.

I took my Dynex TV set with a built-in DVD player in for repair, after turning it on, hearing a pop, and observing smoke coming from the unit. It was the perfect size for the space. I was going to replace the set, but could not find a similar unit with a flat base. My son-in-law told me about them and his positive experience. I dropped the set off and received the diagnostic report within 24hrs. The repair was completed within 24 hrs of my authorizing repairs. I was provided written receipts at drop-off, and upon completion of diagnosis and repair. The associate checking us in was polite, thorough and professional. The repair cost was reasonable and the set was plugged in and working on display when I picked it up. Pay in cash to avoid a 4% premium. I would not hesitate returning there or recommending Ontech Force to family/friends.

I called Ontech and they came out within an hour. I knew that I had lines on the screen I just figured that I would call someone to come out and change an interior plug. Just my luck this tech told me that the screen is bad and needs to be replaced, he took the TV with him to find a replacement screen. This tech really knew his job however I do not agree with the price that was taken hopefully they will replace the over charge. I was happy that Ontech Force did offer me a good used TV and did offer to put that over charge onto the cost of that used TV. Although it was a good price and it was a very good TV with a nice picture and I did tell them that I would be back to get it however I got side tracked and forgot all about it once I saw a new TV that I can make payments on. Ontech is a Great Place for repairs and I do recommend them.

We had our 4 yr old TLC tv repaired about 3 months ago. Ontech Forced repaired it in a timely fashion and with quality work. They saved us 100’s of dollars in buying a new tv. Don’t buy the warranty just trust in OnTech Force.

Hi, I like to consider myself very handy around my home, but when my Samsung plasma tv stoped working, I knew I was going to need a professional and so I went online and found ONTECH FORCE. What I was hoping to find, was company that could come to my home and ONTECH FORCE was able to do just that. Doug, their technician, was able to come to my home, examine my tv and within a few minutes he found the problem and was able to give me a fair quote. Excellent service. I brought my tv in (65” 4K LCD ) close to closing time on Monday and by noon on Wednesday I had an email voicemail and text with a diagnosis. I approved the work and before noon the next day it was done. (Issue with the panel) the cost was good as well, Samsung wanted almost as much just to send someone out to diagnose it. They we all friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. (I was tempted to just buy a new tv but I’m glad I gave them a chance) On a side note, Samsung has terrible service and the tv was new in 2016 and not used much so it shouldn’t have gone bad that soon. They are quick with diagnosis (same day for two TVs). One was fixed the next day, and the other required ordering a new LED-backlight, so that took a while. Overall, I'm very happy with their service and will not hesitate to bring them repair work in the future. (Considering today's manufactured-to-fail electronics, I'm sure that isn't far off.) As a heads-up, the facilities are not going to win any awards...but they deliver where it counts. Mike P.

I have a 23 year old treadmill. a spirit. apparently they are top notch. but last year it stopped working, was shorting out my circuit breaker no matter what. I called a very good fitness machien company that deals with treadmills, although they don't see many this old. they did defintely help me identify that it was a circuit board problem after ruling everything else out, but they do not work on circuit borads. and they had trouble finding a current replacemnt. Oscar came and tested the 2 circuit boards. one was the control in the upper part but that was good. however he discovered a a short on the motor/controller board, figured out the part that needs to be repalced, and did work on this. came by today and the thing is running , no short circuits. But also, Oscar and his team have helped me with computers at least 6 or 7 tiims since 1999 and every time he got things working great. John A.

I recently took my Samsung 55 inch smart tv to be repaired. As stated in another review, they did charge me $55 for the initial check, but that was applied to the total when they identified the cause. They had the tv repaired and ready for my pickup the same day I approved the repair. They did excellent work and assisted me with moving the tv from/to my vehicle. Make sure you take cash when you pay, you will save the charge card percent that is added. I strongly recommend this company and will use them again if I have any issues with any of my other tv's. We had to pay for pickup and delivery of the tv but we felt it was worth it as the tv is quite large and we were hesitant to carry and transport it ourselves. So happy I found these guys, I've had my 63" Samsung Plasma since Nov. 2008 at the time it cost over 3k and always provided a beautiful picture and reliability . That was up until three months ago occasionally half the screen would go black . I called Geek Squad they like most said to toss it and replace it , I wasn't ready to give up on it and don't care for the picture quality on led or lcd TVs . Then I found out about Ontech . I read the reviews and made the call , everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable they assured me they could repair it at a price hundreds lower than what I could buy a tv at that size . They repaired as they said , less than a week and half I have my Plasma back without any issues . Don't hesitate to call or stop by with your TV or electronics questions . Cheers Nancy H.
