1. Scope of Service
Upon receipt of the Customer’s Service Request, OnTech Force, LLC will provide electronic repair services either on-site at the customer’s location or in-shop at our repair facility. By engaging with our services—via our website, remote support, phone, or on-site—you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Service.
2. Prepayment Requirements
OnTech Force, LLC may request prepayment for repair services. A non-refundable Diagnosis Fee may apply for equipment assessments; this fee is credited toward the repair cost if the repair is authorized.
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Company Check, Money Order, Credit Card (4% processing fee applies), or C.O.D. Please note that credit card fees are non-refundable, even if a service refund is issued.
3. Onsite Service
Clients are charged a Basic Visit Fee (cost varies by equipment type and model) for service calls. Additional hourly service charges apply for time spent on-site.
4. Service Cancellations
Customers must notify OnTech Force, LLC at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled onsite repair service. Failure to do so may result in a $99 cancellation fee, applied to compensate for technician time and resources invested.
5. Replacement Parts
- Parts Policy: OnTech Force, LLC may use new or equivalent parts in repairs. Defective parts replaced during the service become the property of OnTech Force, LLC.
- Parts Ordering: During repairs, parts may be ordered based on the initial diagnostic assessment to facilitate a successful repair.
- Non-Refundable Parts: Once parts are ordered and/or installed, they may be considered non-refundable due to the specific nature of electronic components.
- Unsuccessful Repairs: If a repair is not successful, customers remain responsible for the cost of ordered and installed parts, which will be itemized in the final invoice.
By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for parts costs, even if the repair is not successful.
6. Back Order Parts
If parts are back-ordered, they will be delivered as soon as they become available. Estimated restock dates are provided but are subject to change. We will notify you of delays or updates.
- Partial shipments of available items will be sent at no extra cost.
- If a suitable substitute part is available, it will be offered as an alternative.
- Back orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Expedited shipping is available upon request, with additional costs to be covered by the customer.
7. Warranty
- Parts Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty on new parts, covering defects only if those parts cause a malfunction. Restocking fees may apply for customer-initiated returns of special-order parts.
- Labor Warranty: We offer a 30-day labor warranty for work completed by OnTech Force, LLC.
Warranty coverage begins upon repair completion. Warranty claims apply only to the original repair issue and parts installed by OnTech Force, LLC.
8. Limitations of Liability
OnTech Force, LLC is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, such as loss of data, loss of business, or equipment downtime. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the laws of the State of Michigan.
10. Governing Law
Purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
11. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between OnTech Force, LLC, and the customer, superseding all prior understandings.
Privacy Policy
OnTech Force, LLC respects customer privacy. Personal information is stored securely and used solely to fulfill service requests. We do not share or sell customer data for marketing purposes.
