OnTech Force, LLC, a Michigan Company governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
1. Scope of Service
Upon receipt of the Customer’s Service Request, OnTech Force, LLC will provide electronic repair services either on-site at the customer’s location or in-shop at our repair facility. By engaging with our services, whether via our website, remote support, phone, or on-site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Service.
2. Payments
Payment methods accepted include Cash, Company Check, Money Order, Credit Card (4% processing fee), or C.O.D. Payment terms are 50% down and 50% upon completion. Additional fees apply for overdue payments. All equipment remains the property of OnTech Force, LLC until payment is made in full. Unpaid equipment may be reclaimed after 90 days with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges apply to returned items. All services are non-refundable.
3. Abandoned Property
If your product is abandoned, OnTech Force, LLC may dispose of it per applicable law, including selling it to cover outstanding service charges.
4. Prepayment Requirements
OnTech Force, LLC reserves the right to request prepayment for repair services. A non-refundable Diagnosis Fee may be imposed for equipment assessments, credited toward the repair cost if authorized.
5. Onsite Service
Clients are charged a basic visit fee (cost varies by equipment type and model) for service calls. Additional hourly service charges apply for time spent on-site.
6. Service Cancellations
Customers must notify OnTech Force, LLC at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled onsite repair service and avoid cancellation fees. A $99 cancellation fee applies for cancellations after technician time and resources have been invested.
7. Replacement Parts
OnTech Force, LLC may use new or equivalent parts in repairs. Defective parts become the property of OnTech Force, LLC.
- Parts Ordering Policy: During the repair process, it may be necessary to order specific parts to attempt the repair of your device. These parts are sourced based on the initial diagnostic assessment and are intended to facilitate a successful repair.
- Unsuccessful Repair: In the event that we are unable to repair your device, you may still be responsible for the cost of any parts that have been ordered and installed as part of the repair attempt. The charge for these parts will be itemized and included in your final invoice.
- Non-Refundable Parts: Please note that once parts have been ordered and/or installed, they may be considered non-refundable. This policy is in place because electronic components are often specific to your device and cannot be reused for other repairs.
- Customer Acknowledgment: By agreeing to our service, you acknowledge and accept that charges for parts ordered will apply, even if the repair is not successful. We strive to minimize these situations and will only proceed with parts orders that are deemed necessary based on our professional judgment.
8. Back Order Parts
When parts are back-ordered, they are temporarily out of stock but have been ordered and will be delivered as soon as they become available. Estimated restock dates are provided, though they are subject to change. We will notify you of any delays or updates.
You may receive a partial shipment of available items, with the back-ordered parts sent separately at no extra cost. If a suitable substitute is available, we will offer it as an alternative.
Should you wish to cancel a back order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before the part is shipped. Expedited shipping options may be available once the item is back in stock.
9. Warranty
We offer a warranty on the repairs, providing customers with additional peace of mind. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, it can be fixed at no additional cost. Parts Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty on new parts we replace, applicable only if those parts cause the malfunction. Parts are ordered with your consent after diagnosis. Some may incur restocking fees, and others may be non-returnable. You are responsible for any associated fees. Labor Warranty: We offer a 30-day labor warranty for parts replaced by Ontech Force LLC.
10. Limitations of Liability
OnTech Force, LLC is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
11. Governing Law
Purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
12. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between OnTech Force, LLC, and the customer.
