I had to bring my laptop in to fix the power jack, called MANY different places. Every other place I called quoted me at $250+ (some wanting $450!) but I found Ontech and got it done for less price. :)
Dropped off my Samsung LCD TV on Wednesday morning and they had it fixed and returned to me by noon on Thursday. Very polite service and a reasonable cost. I am dropping off my monitor next.
I searched around for months looking for someone to fix my Power jack on my computer...the prices I was quoted were out of my price range. However, I found Ontech Force online, called in, and it was no joke, the price was a flat fee. No additional charges, no catches. I took it in, and now, I am writing this review on my full charged laptop!
I took my projector in becuase it had no power. I was deeply distraught (lol). The next day they called and told me how much it would be (very reasonable) and that I could pick it up within the next couple of hours. Customer service was great and and very professional! Highly recomend!

Great service at great prices: I have tried this business and got impressed what they can do they can fix everything from computers, TVs to large copiers. My home and office equipment is been taken care by OnTech Force. I tried different business for years. I am staying with OnTech Force. I am happy for their great service and affordable prices.
