The Block Of Hours is a cost effective plan with which you can take care of all of your personal computing, networking and Internet design needs. The Block Of Hours that can be used for any of the services provided by OnTech Force. It covers everything from planning and installation, to on-going support. It is a simple and flexible approach to obtaining professional computer services, no matter what you might need.

Advantages

Unlike typical support contracts, the Block Of Hours can be applied toward a wide variety of services over an unspecified period of Hours. There is no "use it or lose it" deadline, nor are they any terms that limit its use to certain types of services or products. All of the services provided by ONTECH FORCE Repair can be billed against the Block Of Hours. If more Hours is needed than was initially contracted for, an additional Block Of Hours can be purchased at the same discounted rate.

Hours is accurately tracked for each use of the Block Of Hours, and you receive a statement for each support activity, indicating the type of service performed, the amount of Hours used, and the Hours remaining under the current contract.

After Hours
Hours will be deducted from the Block Of Hours in relation to the response-Hours requested and delivered:
Urgent responses are billed at 2.5x per hr rate
Emergency responses are billed at 2x-Hours.

Hourly rates pricing applies to normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM. Activities before 8:00 AM and after 6:00 PM, weekdays, will be billed at 2x hours per worked. Work performed on Saturday will at double Hours, work performed on Sunday & Holidays will be billed at triple Hours. Each on-site service call will be assessed 0.5 hours of standard rate for trip charge rounded up to the nearest hour.

There are no extra charges for telephone support\questions\how too when you have a block of hours contract with us. Think about that your own personal IT guy you can pickup the phone and ask a quick question or better yet shoot him or her an email.
